• Upload or transmit malware or other harmful code

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by FA Solutions or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FA Solutions and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site and changing the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

13. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and FA Solutions about your use of the Site. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms do not change any separate written agreement between FA Solutions and a client, which controls if there is a conflict.
