Her background spans employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, recruiting, and training, giving her a holistic understanding of how people practices drive operational excellence and business performance.

Throughout her career, Tiffany has been recognized for building trusted partnerships with leadership, navigating complex employee matters with empathy and clarity, and designing pragmatic HR solutions that scale with organizational growth. She brings a balanced approach that blends compliance, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to cultivating engaged, high-performing teams. Tiffany received her Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Oakland University, and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
