Director of FA Operations
Tammy has over 30 years of experience working in financial aid. She has been an essential component in the design of the ECM computer system, FEDD. Tammy manages and coordinates all of the day-to-day operations of Title IV Financial Aid processed through ECM. She is an expert in the fields of federal data management, Heightened Cash Management, processing enrollment reporting, and managing reconciliation. She is best known for solving data complexities that arrive with schools through her high level of attention to detail and customer service style.
