Director of Growth & Partnerships
Katie brings over 20 years of experience in higher education financial aid to her role. Throughout her career, Katie has held various positions, including Director of Operations and Director of Customer Service. She is a recognized expert in Financial Aid Compliance, Eligibility, and Operations. In her role on the Partnerships team, Katie works closely with educational institutions to ensure they receive the necessary support in financial aid management, helping them navigate the complexities of compliance and operational efficiency. She holds a B.S. in Marketing from North Greenville University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Clemson University.
